Loving the blues

Blue, turquoise and aqua green
Oceans show a different view
Staying calm as we’re true
White waves set the scene
Now, we’re born anew
A cleansing
Of sorts

Reborn, resurrected reverberating peace
The blues affirm our trust in dusk
And in each other we keep the trust
As the wind hustles through the trees
Now, we affirm our place
A declaration
Of sorts

In blues, our conscientious smile
Our aura applauds the peace inside
No more secrets to confide
Swim like fishes in waves a while
Now, we swim together
An affirmation
Of sorts

Swimming away, to new avenues
Swimming away, loving the blues
