The New Year…. Resolution…

I get stuck in the midst of work, Rock and Roll…
No typing the keys as the time takes its toll…

No saving the world, just trying to make a living…

Trying to be calm in this life not so forgiving…

So new agendas, new plans for New Year…
Living on the edge, tranquilizing the fear…

I’m trying to end this trip with Rock in my mind…
Bitter memories and bad trips, I would leave behind…

My health kept dipping, as I kept tripping…
Every now and then, my luck kept flipping…

So here I am trying to rhyme, when this year is crying for time…
My heart’s telling me to change, while my mind is eying for lying…

My soul struggled with the freedom itch…
The treasure of friends made me rich…

The only resolution I could consider…
Is to move on from facebook and twitter…

Explore as much as I can, people and places…
Write more, play more and see new faces…

Everyone’s a nomad and I’m no exclusion…
Having no plans for future is the best resolution!
